Sustainability is important to BJRN. So we're trying to get greener every step of the way without compromising on the quality and service you deserve.

As BJRN works with fulfilment centers across the globe, we only produce items we receive orders for. This avoids textile waste from overproduction. Our products are currently made of at least 70% organic certified cotton or recycled materials such as GRS certified polyester, or a mix of these materials.

Yes! We take our message serious and hold our suppliers accountable to these same standards. All of our products are 100% sweatshop labour free and align with fair labour standards.

All of base our garments are dyed using OEKO-TEX certified, vegan, water-based and free from harmful chemicals dyes.
Our high-quality Kornit printers only use inks that hold the same OEKO-TEX standards and generate almost zero wastewater while using less energy than standard industry printers, lowering our carbon footprint.
All of our apparel products are packed in post consumer recycled plastic (PCR) mailers. It protects your order as well as regular plastic bags, however choosing PCR over first-use plastics significantly reduces the environmental impact plastics have on our planet.

We work with on-demand fulfilment centers carefully chosen to align with our mission. This enables us to keep our footprint low, our quality high & our services efficient.
Where will my products come from?
Currently we have fulfilment locations across several locations in the EU & US. This means your order will come from the nearest location available to you!

As we make every order on demand for you it usually takes us 3-5 days to fulfill an order, after which we ship it to you. Shipping varies based on your location and where your order is shipped from. These can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3-4 Business days
- Europe: 4-8 Business days

We're very sorry to hear something went wrong with your order! Don't worry we are here to help you resolve this issue. Please email us at info@bjrn.io within a week of you receiving your item(s) with photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We'll try make things right as soon as possible!

Additional custom and tax fees can occur on international orders. Sadly this fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if duties and taxes are applied to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out with the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package in their care
If the shipping address was correct but the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, please get in touch with us at info@bjrn.io with your order number and we'll look into it for you right away.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order but shipping will be at your own cost.
Returns
What's your return policy?
As all of our products are made to order for you, we currently don't offer returns and exchanges. But if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know at info@bjrn.io!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these conditions apply, please contact us at info@bjrn.io with photos of wrong/damaged products and we'll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange items for a different colour or size?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit beter, please check out our sizing charts as we have one for every item offered in our store. You can find them in the product description.
Though very rare, if an item you ordered was mislabeled please let us know at info@bjrn.io within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we'll send you a new one or provide another solution to set things right
